Starting the week...

I SO needed to hear that sermon this morning! What an incredible message for us all to meet persecution head on by praying sincerely for those who persecute. It was an incredible worship service. And it just got better tonight. How thankful I am that God's faithful love endures forever. I really felt the presence of God there in that intimate setting surrounded by people who just love God and want to worship with His people.

So many needs are ahead of us this week. I especially have Marty on my heart this week. I just pray for his strength and courage knowing that healing is in the hands of God, and that He is always faithful. What a blessing Marty is in our lives. He always asks how the CD is going. He will definitely get the first one when it's finished!!

I pray for more people to help out by taking hot meals to Doug and Melissa as she is recovering at home.

There are many other needs and I know you are all lifting up to the Father as well. Remember what Pastor Tim said about staying in the Word...don't forget your Bible until Sunday morning. Read it. It will revolutionize your life and the lives you touch.

Remember that His love does endure forever:-)

Another week...

What amazing worship services we had today! Pastor Tim's sermons were again inspiring and challenging. I love that. I love being challenged to change something in my own life that will not only make my relationship with God grow stronger, but will help me reach others. I love that he read Psalm 139. That is absolutely one of my favorite passages, especially the NLT version HERE.

It was exciting for us to finally do one of the songs from our upcoming CD, "You Give Me Joy." Every little boost we get for that project goes a long way. We know God has a plan for it, we just don't know what that is yet, lol. We will be featuring another one, "Your Glory" on March 6 when Janice Anderson comes from Asheville to give her testimony about drug addiction and recovery. When I heard her speak, I immediately thought about this song which is based on Psalm 63. I emailed her the MP3, and she agreed it could be her testimony.

I'm so looking forward to her coming. If you know someone who is struggling with addiction, or is in the process of recovery, you will not want to miss this service. Her story is amazing because her faith is amazing.

Pray for our upcoming services. Pray for each other as we are out this week, hopefully being Jesus to someone. Pray for workers for the harvest.

In Christ:-)
